As a thirty-one year real estate veteran, Greg has developed a vast array of knowledge & skills within the industry. His expertise spans residential and commercial/investment sales as well as brokerage development, growth and management. Over the past 20 years, Greg has owned and managed two real estate companies. He has built those companies from the ground up. Most recently in his home area, Greg and his team built a strong, profitable office from 4 associates to 122 associates in just 18 months earning “Rookie Business of the Year” honours from the Dayton Business Journal.   

Building a successful, profitable real estate company can also be translated into getting results for his clients. The concepts and fundamentals are the same. Business is built on proven models and specific systems to support those models. Greg implements many systems along with technology to get results for his clients. Selling a home in today’s turbulent market and closing that sale is predicated on a clear understanding of the economics of the local market, then positioning the house in the “sweet spot” among those economic conditions. Greg knows and understands the difference between being “on” the market and being “in” the market. Greg has trained, coached and consulted with agents at all levels across the country on how to understand their local economy and how to position their listings “in” the market in order to get them “sold.” Greg takes the time and energy to educate his clients on the local economy and how to effectively position their property in the market in order to get results.

Greg has a keen ability to actively listen and draw out the truth from his clients; helping them gain clarity of purpose in their objectives and their values driving the sale. He challenges them continuously to keep an eye on the realities of the local market. Greg communicates the truth with honesty, integrity, caring and understanding, putting his client’s interests and goals first. He brings excitement and enthusiasm to his relationships. When engaged to represent a client with their real estate needs, Greg truly believes that “no person is an island” and “everyone succeeds with and through other people.” This is exemplified through his “team approach” when working with clients. Together, Greg and his clients will map out a strategy and set mutual expectations, roles and accountabilities to accomplish the task at hand.

Greg has been married for 25 years to his lovely wife, Melody. They reside in Sugarcreek Township, Ohio and have two young adult sons, Tyler and Brandon.
